I lead complex change across finance, operations, and technology, helping companies prepare for separation, establish standalone operations, and modernize the systems that support the business.

At Otis, I helped lead the application-separation program supporting the company's independence from United Technologies. The work covered more than 400 applications and included SAP and Kyriba separation activities. I also led the modernization of a legacy mainframe platform supporting approximately 90% of North American revenue operations, navigating roughly 1,000 integrations and moving the platform to Azure after earlier modernization attempts had stalled.

At McAfee, I helped prepare standalone financial statements for a business being divested in Tokyo. Together, these engagements connect my accounting foundation with the practical demands of corporate separation.

As an active Texas CPA, I bring financial discipline to enterprise execution. My broader experience includes leading first-year SOX 404 work at McAfee, building a 25-person SOX remediation team at Fannie Mae in an SEC-oversight environment, leading treasury automation across more than 150 bank accounts at Link Logistics, a Blackstone portfolio company, and directing an approximately $20 million regulatory program at Capital One that achieved readiness for its original federal deadline.
